EFL Terminal is a comprehensive logistics management platform designed for one of the leading freight forwarding companies in the region. The platform streamlines complex supply chain operations across air freight, ocean freight, and warehousing.

The Problem
The existing system was outdated and fragmented across multiple tools, causing delays and errors in shipment tracking. Staff spent excessive time on manual data entry and reconciliation.
