About This
Project
ZePower is an innovative IoT-powered mobile application that addresses the common problem of dead phone batteries. Users can locate nearby battery stations, scan a QR code to unlock a portable charger, and return it to any station when done.
01 / Challenge
The Problem
Users needed a seamless way to rent portable batteries without complex sign-ups or commitments. The existing solutions required subscriptions and had poor user experiences for one-time users.

The Approach
Created a frictionless mobile experience with QR-based authentication, real-time station mapping, and a pay-as-you-go model. Focused on reducing the steps from download to first battery rental.
