The Grand Hotel website was designed to showcase one of Asia's most prestigious heritage hotels. Declared a top heritage hotel by CNN Travel, the website needed to convey luxury, history, and world-class hospitality while driving direct bookings.

The hotel's online presence didn't reflect its prestigious status. The existing website was outdated and had a poor booking experience, leading to customers booking through third-party platforms instead.
