Project
Hela Travel brings trip creation, itinerary planning, discovery and post-planning journeys into one connected experience across a consumer mobile app and admin portal.
01 / Challenge
The Problem
Travel planning spans inspiration, logistics and group decisions. Hela needed a coherent experience that could support rich discovery, AI-assisted planning and collaborative trips without fragmenting the journey.
02 / Solution
The Approach
Shaped the end-to-end product experience across trip creation, itinerary planning, contextual recommendations and collaborative group travel. Work included information architecture, user flows, reusable interaction models, prototypes, specifications and developer handoff.
